Another fix would be to remove the heat stove and the Shutter-Air Inlet (goes inbetween the air filter and the throtle body). Most people have it off (including me) and I got a straight plastic hose to go from the air cleaner to the throttle body from PJ Grady. It will also give you an unrestricted air flow. The valve is there to help the engine during warm up to restrict the amount of air going into it. As it warms up the heat from the manifold/heat stove opens the valve and allows more air in.
