The fuel pressure to the injectors should be consistent across all 6 injectors at all times. If equal pressure increases across all injectors simultaneously, and some injectors open before others, then there is a problem with one or more of the injectors. All injectors should open at the same pressure and at the same time. If the pressure at the injectors is not the same across all 6 injectors, then there is most likely a problem with the fuel distributor. Each injector at the distributor has its own orifice and matching shim. Shims are not interchangeable. If someone shuffled the shims during a rebuild, then the only way to fix it is to rebuild repleatedly trying all possible shim location combinations until the distributor flows properly. You can talk to SuperTec in Costa Mesa Ca. They rebuild these and know quite a bit about how they work. 714-429-1863 Jim 6147
