Refer to Delorean Parts Manual 5-1-0 ref # 31 pn 105177 it is refered to as Lower Link but to most mechanics they would call it the front (left or right) lower control arm. In fact J:11:01 calls it a lower control arm. It is not designed to be used to pull the car or hold it down, chains or hooks should NEVER be attached to it as it bends easily that way.
