Travis, You have discovered your problem; its the Ducellier alternator. Besides having an extremely high failure rate the Ducellier has a unpredictable way producing extremely low voltages under load. The electrical system will draw appox 90 amps at full load. That, by the way, is the problem with the Ducellier which has a maximum output of 80 amps. Any alternator 90 amps of over is sufficient but I would recommend 100 to 110, anything over 115 is overkill. Your battery at 700 cranking amps is adequate but on those cold winter mornings you would do better with 775 or higher.
