Refer to D:04:06 in the workshop manual. The things you should check are #31 is a good ground, fuse #1 is good and there is power at #15 on run-start (G), fuse #7 is good and there is power to #30 (N) @ all times. It could just be that one of the connecters at the relay block is not making contact because it slid back. Do not leave the bypass in (except for troubleshooting) as you are eliminating a safety control.
