Jeff, I would jump #30 and #87 on the RPM relay to make sure the fuel pump is giving gas to the system. If it is pumping gas, then that may eliminate a defective fuel pump. If the pump doesn't run after jumping the wires then defective pump. There is a pulse coil in the distributor that accuates the RPM relay.
