I have solved my odometer matching problem. Rather than mess with the odometer and try to bring up the mileage on the 160mph face to match my original miles, I'm gonna just keep my stock one, swap the speedo faces and recalibrate it. It's easier than dismantling anything and breaking something. If the needle breaks, I'm just sticking with my plain old 85mph face. Thanks for all the replies. ---Dan >I'm trying to get an odometer in a new speedo face to match the original in my car. >So, I tried the drill in the speedometer to bring the mileage up to where my original >odometer is, but at this rate, it might be done by next Christmas!
