Is this true even if you bleed the brakeand
clutch system every two years or so? I was told that they should be bled every
few years to extend the life of the seals.

The clutch master and slave cylinder seals are prone to failure whenever new
clutch fluid replaces old especially of the components have been exposed to
atmospheric moisture. I suggest that you change both the master and
slave cylinder when you install the new stainless braided clutch line.
