[DML] DML structure

I think the list is fine as it is, that is, if we all can try our best in 
writing a relevant and proper headline for our postings in the SUBJECT LINE. 
I have noticed that a lot of people don't take the subject line to serious. 
The subject line is the most important thing on any list!

Then you see right away what interests you, and what doesn't interest you.

Personally, I read all the postings! This list is the best!
