[DML] Canadian DeLoreans vs. US DeLoreans

Hi DMLers!

I've got some questions:
1. What difference is there between Canadian DeLoreans and the US ones 
other than a different speedometer?
2. How many of these were originally imported into Canada?
3. Are these worth more or less than the US ones?
