The steering on the DeLorean is beautifully weighted. It is not heavy and
you can 'feel' what the car is doing.
Too many power steering systems are 'over' weighted meaning you get no feel
through the wheel of the road. The 99 Corvette still has this problem so
confidence is lacking when wanting to push the car to its limits on
cornering...
I personally think the steering is perfect on the Delorean.
What do you owners think of the turning circle? As it is rear wheel drive
the turning circle should be excellent.

During the last on-line chat with Stephen Wynne at DMC, I asked him to
describe the most unusual Delorean he'd seen. The car he mentioned had
power steering! That was the only DMC I'd heard of with P/S so maybe he
could tell you how it was done, or at least point you in the direction of
where it was done.
But if Stephen Wynne can't do it, I don't think I'd want it done IMHO.
Good luck,
