I've just got a Delorean shipped in from California via open truck. As expected, there have been a few little problems since receiving the vehicle. First off, the ventilation system and electrical system seem to have a problem which may or may not be related. When we test drove the car earlier in California, the AC was not cold, but the ventilation was quite good. The fan was strong and the airflow from the vents seemed solid. Since bringing it into SC, however, the fan still seems to run strongly, and feeling the intake on the front of the car (in front of the windshield) it seems to pull strongly. However, the vents themselves produce very little airflow. Also, earlier today while driving the car at night with the lighting on, the fan temporarily switched off. At first, I thought that it was a fuse failure, but a few minutes later I turned the fan back on and everything was fine again. It's like it just temporarily overloaded. But I also noticed that the one vent which was working earlier in the day failed after this "trip". Any ideas as to the cause of these two problems? Finally, I ran into a problem because the radio seems to work, but the little LCD display doesn't. Has anyone else experienced this before, and if so what was the problem (loose/broken connection somewhere, etc). It is the original Delorean Craig radio. Thanks, --------------- Jesse D. Sightler
