[DML] rear fog lights

A question for all UK D owners.

We have to fit a high intensity rear fog light to meet current MOT standards. 
Altering the rear lights is not a problem, but finding a switch to operate 
the lights from the interior that doesn't look out of place is.

What sort of switches have people used, have they been 'borrowed' from any 
particular car?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
