This reminds me...I had a rear-end "clunk" that I was troubleshooting (supsension, I think) and went to secure the battery to make sure that wasn't the problem. However, I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to accomplish that with the given straps and latch mechanism. Can anyone possibly explain how to do it over email (i.e., without the benefit of gestures,illustrations, or other visual aids). It frankly has me baffled.

to begin with. Check your brakes, suspension, and your battery. If your
