Travis - This does sound like a plastic clutch hose problem. Before you go to the trouble of replacing the line, check the clutch fluid reservoir to make sure you aren't low. You should also try bleeding the clutch first to make sure you don't have any air in the lines - particularly if the fluid level was low.
