I haven't taken off the valve to check the spray, but the solenoid does click whenever I hit the button, including when the car is off and not cranking. I have a new battery, but the wiring may have been adulterated by the PO. Is the 12v signal to the cold start valve supposed to last a while, or just during cranking?
