The X29 key blank should work without modification in a Delo ignition if cut correctly. Your spaces may be off on the blank that you are using. This is even more weird. In a 2-key car it is a totally different keyway and the cuts are off-center from each other. Bill, one of your locks is definitely not original manufacturer.
