Are you sure you didn't drain the transmission? Check the dipstick on the motor and see if the oil is still in there. The drain plug on the bottom of the manual trans is very obvious, the drain plug on the motor crankcase is not as obvious. It is on an angle up against the frame and doesn't look like the plug on the trans, it has an internal square.
