[DML] Headlight alignment

Is it possible to align your own headlights to a reasonable degree or 
is this some critical function that only a "DMC ordained high-priest" 
can do?

Assuming I must take it to a shop, who normally does this, and what 
does it cost?

I realize that the DMC-12's headlights are outdated and don't provide 
the same illumination that modern cars do, but I'm pretty sure my low-
beams are pointing too far down, to the right and I've got one high-
beam especially pointing down.
