Have you been inside the fuel tank? Maybe you have a bad pick-up hose. Is the car acting up on a full tank of gas or is it somewhere below 1/2? Get out any dirt and water that may be in there, make sure all of the parts are installed properly, and the suction hose is not kinked, collapsing, or has any holes in it. It "could" be a problem with the CPR but these symptoms are not generally caused by it. Also check that the frequency valve is buzzing when it is not running right. You could have a problem with a vacuum leak because you say the problem goes away when warm. Some of the vacuum systems switch off (or on) when the car is warmed up so You could check out the different systems for leaks. Another remote possability is water in the spark wells. When you get the motor all warmed up it boils out the water. Do you have yhis problem after a rain? Is the car stored outside? Maybe you need a new set of wires.
