The only sure way to know would be to determine the manufacturer and contact their engineering department. The higher temperatures could DRAMATICALLY lower the pressure rating of the material. It will also need to be compatible with coolant. Also, even if it can handle 15 psi at normal coolant temps, I would want a hefty safety margin before considering using it on a car.
