Simply open the housing and examine your teeter totter from below. You'll see the two pieces with the shaft passing through them (air sensor portion is to the outside, fuel piston portion is inside). If they move independently of each other on the shaft, your CO screw is mising. If they don't, it's there -- CO screw is what keeps them moving together. If your screw is indeed missing, can't figure how engine is able to meter fuel well enough to even run. More likely scenerio is its hex head is stripped, preventing you from turning it.
