I have also seen a product on www.turbonator.com that looks roughly similar to what is on that eBay auction. I find it hard to believe that this electric "jet" for lack of a better word, can actually provide 35 extra horsepower. Since it is only forcing more air into the engine, I find it hard to believe it can do much damage to anything.
