[DML] A small start up problem

Hi,
I've just replaced my CO sensor due to total lack of idle. The idle is back but one part 
of the original problem remains. When I start the engine the revs go upp to 3000 and 
stays there for 30 sec and the it goed down to normal. Does anyone have an idea on 
this, it's probably very simple.
