You can get the hoses @ any auto parts store. It's just a universal hose, that comes with a spring inside. However, the fittings on the waterpump are larger than those on the pipes. So you'd then need an adaptor. Hervey over @ SpecialTAuto sells one. I made one myself from another length of small hose, but it still dribbles no matter how tight I've applied the hose clamps (will be changed out soon).
