The Iraq war costs $2 billion dollars per week. This is just over $285 million dollar per day. This war is really about oil. (Quote from Alan Greenspan in today's WSJ.) The US imports some 10 million barrels of oil per day. So the cost of this war over oil should be added to each barrel of oil. This calculates to 285/10 = $28.5 additional dollars per barrel. So if oil is $75 per barrel, with the cost of this oil war, we are actually paying over $100 per barrel. So if you need any further justification for electric cars or mile per gallon requirements. This HIDDEN OIL COST needs to be included. Bob Yahoo!
