Do you have an alternate explanation to the > current low price at the pump (as compared to the high > crude oil price)? You have to remember that very little crude is refined into gasoline. Oil is in everything from plastics to tires. (You don't really think there is rubber in your D's tires do you? They're made of oil). And a fair percentage of crude is burned to produce electricity, etc.
