No. Coolant warmup STARTS when the thermostat opens. At that point,
having the fans running will keep the engine below optimum running
temperature and/or slow the warmup down considerably. But having said
that, my everyday car has both oil and water temp gauges, and with the
AC running, the temp falls like a stone. Otherwise, they stay
predictably in the same place forever. (unless towing or stuck in traffic)
