Does *ANYBODY* know who this person is? Right now he's running around
with a manually set idle and may not even know why (CIS was stuck wide
open, idling around 3,000 RPM. Since he has lots of other DeLorean
fish to fry I simply bypassed it, manually setting it to 900, which I
hasten to point out is the Volvo spec). 

Mystery person's car is definitely at the beginning of the resto
process, but it has potential. I'd like to help if possible. Would be
a shame if he got frustrated and his dream died.
