Bill, you deserve more grief, not less! :-) It would be hard
enough to temporarily bypass the lambda even on a good
running engine and still have it run good.  That's been
discussed already.

Rich, I think you should check the spark plugs to see if
they all look the same.  Also check the spray patterns on
all the injectors again.  Compare at barely cracked,
moderate & at "flush the toilet" mode.
