... by controlling the pressure differential between the upper and lower
chambers, right?  So not having lower chambers on the fuel dist would be
unlikely, as there would be no way to enrich the mixture on warm-up or
accel, that's what I was getting at.

CPR is basically a choke. Limits air sensor plate movement with
counter pressure on metering piston.
