Rich, I suggest that you try to follow the ground wire in
the plug that goes to the frequency valve.  See if it runs
to the Lambda ECU or to the passenger side intake rail like
I think it does.  I have a scrap wiring harness laying
around.  If I trip over it working in the shop today, I'll
have a look at it.
