what if I'm not at sea level?  Or even on the planet?  How does my torque
wrench know where I am?  These are all good questions.  

I successfully converted my speedometer to TCPH from MPH.  That's
Thousands of Chicanos Per Hour.  Assuming my mexican-american friends
average about 5.28 feet tall, that's .... 5280 feet per hour.  Thank God
I changed all the labels..  Just the other day I was passing over half a
million feet of CPH!  Man was I moving!  (that's 100mph to those of you
not on the system yet).
