[DMCForum] Emissions question

Walt, now you've done it. Your label says nothing about EGR? Hmmm..

My label states "this vehicle meets emissions for EPA and California
for year 1981". Does your's say anything about California?

Under Exhaust Emissions System it states: FI, EGR, TWC. Now we all 
know it has Fuel Injection and a Three Way Catalyst but I've never 
seen an EGR on a D. I'll be looking at another D today and see what 
it says but it's also a CA car. Maybe others could look at their 
labels for me. (I wonder what a replacement label from Houston says.)
It passed smog with flying colors. Starting 1 July in CA we have to 
run it on a rolling road for a load test. $100 every two years, what 
a pain. 

Btw, evacing an A/C system with engine vacuum? uh yeah...ok. ;-)
