RE: [DMCForum] bad fuel pump relay?

While we're on the RPM Relay, I have a question about it. My car tends to
be
sluggish on the highway. Around 60 MPH, when I try to goose it, the car
doesn't respond. If I just barely press the pedal, the car will
accelerate.
This is the only sluggish point during driving. Could it be the RPM relay?
