RE: [DMCForum] today's FanZilla bypasses the Breaker completely.

Bob, I had a new high quality breaker in the circuit. The fans were in
excellent shape and all of the grounds were recently cleaned and
tightened.
I am glad that you modified the FanZilla like I said it should be.
That's
what is nice about getting parts from a small and responsive specialty
supplier.

Dear Scott:
You are correct, earlier FanZillas would not power the fans if the car's
breaker kicks out.
However, if the breaker kicks out, even the Factory Fan Fuse Link
Modification or the Original Fan Fail Module, will not power the fan's
either.
No Breaker no fans.

If your breaker is kicking out it MUST be replaced !
While it is true that HIGH outside temps run the system at it's design
limits, your breaker shouldn't take it upon itself to kick out. If your
fans
are in good shape the breaker should ALWAYS retain it's integrity.

BREAKER FAILURE IS NOT UNCOMMON. I suggest you replace it.
A good quality Breaker will last a very very long time
See PJ Grady.

On another note, today's FanZilla bypasses the Breaker completely.
This breaker scenario is no longer in the equation.
