At 8am on October 23, 1999, a very excited 29 year old Pittsburgh man rocketed a 28' U-Haul van to Youngwood, PA to pick up the shattered remains of a 1981 DeLorean. The car had been fully disassembled in 1989 or so by the previous owner, and had sat neglected ever since. This is the story of that car's restoration. We call it... Project Vixen. |
