DMC Vin# 10246 is undergoing a simular size, but different end result restoration. She is being stripped of her paint and given a frame off restoration/modification "Phoenix" type new life. Seeing she was afore mentioned painted, neglected, and shoddily repaired from an accident, her "origional" state did not give the marque a favorable reference. I assume that the purest posting here would encourage the excommunication of her due to her "Scarlet Letter" condition, thus if she slipped into obscurity never to be seen again, this would be a good thing for the "true" Deloreans. I however believe that the resurrection of her to any respectable useful state will increase her value, thus raising the purchase price of yet another DMC from the masses, and in turn, pushing the "concourse" point winners up accordingly. If any consider anything less than factory restorations sacreligious, I would respectfully request you not visit my Delorean project page.
