The artwork was originally from a picture I ran across somewhere... I just fell in love with the little Vixen's smirk. It was a pencil drawing by Felicia Kaye that I have posted at http://www.ProjectVixen.com/Kaye/fk-vix04.gif
I colorized her to suit my tastes, and reversed the pic: http://www.ProjectVixen.com/Kaye/lilvixen3.gif
I experimented with shades of silver instead of red, but she just never looked right. I then used the lilvixen pic and Paint Shop Pro to combine her head with the old "We Can Do It!" Rosie the Riveter picture seen on this sites first page. When I finally tracked down the artist, here is what she had to say:
