[doc] Re: Rich H and Chrispy to the rescue :o)

Hi all, thats one of the reasons why i got a set of braided hoses,
there seems to be a bit of a funny things going on with certain
batches.
I had new accumilator hoses and one split in a big way, yet i had the
same batch fitted and its been ok for a long while (touch wood)
although i was running premium unleaded when the pipe split.
Im also glad floppy didnt go up, cos if it were me i'd cry.
     cheers tourettes tone

volvo one and these do not have the poppet valves fitted so on the
over-run the engine overfuels.

pipe 12 flats (2 turns). Then, run the engine to normal temperature
then unscrew the back one (nearest the metering flap) open until the
engine revs just increase then back it off 1.5 flats. This should
give more air bypass round the throttle plate instead of just through
the idle speed motor. Give it a go, this is how I set the engines so
that the idle oscillation is minimised.
