[doc] very off topic-306 regulator removal!

hi all

i know, off tpoic but need to fix it as going down south for a few 
days and dead window is a pain.

does anyone know if a 306 (98 s plate 5 door) window regulator needs 
removal of the glass? or can the glass be detached and the regulator 
slid out?

Thanx if anyone can help.

by the way still haven't finished the column bushing, bushing now in 
but column is in two halves. removed other dash pad for access.

this job is a pain to do, as if you slide the whole column on, the 
inner shaft just moves up.
can't see how to do it apart from pull apart the whole column.

Nearly there now but just not enough time!.
