It was an amazing weekend! Thanks to all the guys to participated (Robert, Brian, Alistair, Paul and DOI) in creating the event, I'm sure it was an absolute brain crumbler! Driving in a convoy of 70 odd De Loreans is like nothing else!
  It was great to meet a few over-seas owners including Daniel Deutch, Stian Birkeland, Richard Hutchinson, Claire Usher, and my old pal Richard Hanlon.
   
  I got all the newspaper clippings so I will send them to John Dore for the website!.
   
  Thanks again everyone, I look forward to the next Eurofest! (will be hard to beat!)

I cannot remember all the names of the people I met from all over

the top of my head... the guys in Northern Ireland especially...

Robert Lamrock for organizing yet another spectacular show (brilliant 
as always), plus the "offical" side of it (Belfast and Lisburn)and 
Montupet.

Alistair for letting me have a ride in Pilot 25(!), 

Joe Murray and Neal Barclay (former factory workers who had so many 
interesting stories to tell), 

Alan Hayward (former Quality Superintendent), 

George Crane for a marvellous and nostalgic speech, and last but not 
least, 

Thomas McAuley who let me drive his DeLorean VIN # 4087 around the 
test track (my first drive at the test track in a BLACK interior car 
btw;mine's grey)...it was one hell of a ride (in the most positive 
meaning of the word of course!), smooth engine, new(!) seats, will be 
a magnificent car in the end - yeah, I could tell that the car was 
glad to be back at its birthplace!!! VROOOOOOM!

The quality of the Eurofest is second to none! I can only imagine a 
HUGE EFFORT from each and everyone up there in the last days before 
the event. You worked hard in order for the rest of us to come up 
there to relax and have a good time. Well done! I enjoyed it 
immensely! From the bottom of my heart - THANK YOU!

Next one in 2011, right Robert? :) 

Looking forward to that AND any "local" Northern Irish event that I 
might attend in the future if I have the opportunity!

Hopefully, someone filmed the Eurofest this year also. Anyone?
