James,

Friday afternoon people will start to assemble, nothing fixed, and will
all be having dinner at the hotel at around 7/8pm. All very informal..
Basically Saturday is sight seeing around North Norfolk, fish and chip
lunch at Wells Next the sea, in the afternoon is back to the hotel for
an Auto-Jumble / products fair. The evening is the gala dinner with
guest speakers.

Sunday is a drive to the Lotus factory, for a factory tour, then driving
around the track, later de-brief, presentations with addition guest
speakers. Finish late afternoon and disperse. 

I will send you a draft agenda.

Is there a published agenda for this event yet? Is there anything going
on Friday during the day or evening? Thanks to those who referred me to
travel specialists a few weeks back, I am indeed going to Cairo the week
between the Eurofest and Lotus. But I am currently not due back in
London until 5pm Friday - I figure a good 3-4 hours from the hotel at
that time of day, correct?
