You can buy some cable from a bike shop but you need the little 'ball' on the end that attaches to the pedal. Easy to replace just dis connect it from the throttle spool and pull back thru at the pedal end. Then using some lubricant and thread the new line back through. It can be a little difficult at times but take your time and it will eventually come out the other end.
