Its quite an in depth procedure writen in there and i felt quite easy to follow through with the car in front of me . Is the door lock solenoid set up correctly to activate the 'contact wiper arm' and are the electrical connecting points clean? Have you replaced / looked at your door lock solenoid, perhaps it is on its way out and not 'man enuf' to do both front and rear locks. Pain i know but you could swap each door solinoid over and see if thats the case?? Its one of those jobs that you really need to look at to sort out properley, if its all set up correctly IMO i would suggest your door solinoid needs refurbing. > > > > The only way I can open the door now is to unlock the door and at the same > time pull back the lower rod (to the front lock) by gaining access through > the pull handle. Could be a 'badly' ajusted throttle set up, info on how to set up again from scratch on here :- http://www.dmcnews.com/Techsection/idlespeed.html The spring on the spool can be made 'tighter' but i would suggest doing this procedure first.
