Hi Mike

The owner of the site is the DOI but it was started by Alistair McCann.  Moderators are 
Thomas McCauly, John Dore and Robert Lamrock.

It is for info on Eurofest 2006 and discussion on events that are taking place.

Anyone can join and membership is steady at the moment with about 5-6 new members a 
day.
