Hi Craig,
I can tell you already that you'll be over the moon with Chris' bodywork skills. It will look like a new car when it comes back! Make sure you send us some pictures.
Cheers,
Phil Peters

On the 29th of December i drove 'the Beast' (AKA Vin 16723) the 4 and Half hour Journey from Exeter to PJ Grady Europe which is situated in Canvey Island! The car was awesome and powered its way up there with no mechanical problems whatsoever...!

This was essential as i have no speedo at the moment...one of my smaller jobs for the boys at PJ Grady is to fit a new speedo angle drive! I took it pretty steady but did put the boot down once, i got to 110mph with plenty of pedal left and still pulling...!!! I think we can safely say my engine problems are now over!!

Then the real fun starts with the MOT...i have plouged so much money into this car but finally there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Whenever anyone saw my car they would have the instant reaction of 'WHOA ITS A DELOREAN!' and a secondary reaction of 'DUDE, what happened to the doors!' This annoyed the hell out of me and after a little research i discovered that not only could stainless steel be perfectly repaired but that there was a specialist in England!

> If you have not yet checked out there website it is www.pjgrady.co.uk ! The before and after shots of the stainless and tub repairs are wicked and as you can see they have worked on the mega rare prototype delorean! They even had experience with dents in the exact same position as mine, see project 12 door pillar repair!!!

> So i arrived at PJ Grady had a cup of Tea with Darren and Chris and i handed them my list of Things that had to be done (Door dents, regrain and speedo) and loads of little things that i would like to be done...2 typed pages in all! A few days later i got an individual quote for each job! It was much less than i expected so i thought what the hell...do em all!

> So i sit now writing this without a Delorean in my garage but looking forward to the phone call letting me know that the beast is ready to be picked up! I will post you loads of Before and After Pictures as soon as i get her back! Then roll on the summer where i will doing loads of shows with fellow Devon DOCer Mike Machin...!
