[doc] Watford DMC Spotted

Evening, list.

Spotted "DMC 1J" today about 3 roads away from my Watford house. Who
does that belong to, then? I had no idea there were any in town! It's
only the second D I've ever seen in the wild, and I would never have
imagined it would have been so close to my home :)
