It's a no-brainer really:

The Stainless system is stainless and you don't have to have cats.

DMCH's is steel and you do have to have cats.

-if- DMCH's extracts more power, then it ain't much, and the ability to 
muck about with the fuelling with no lambda system gives far more power, 
and you can't do that with cats
