Hi Chris,
         Yes the timing could be better. I will try and 
contact John Curtis and explain that 12 cars may be pushing
it as in percentage terms we just don't have the number
of members/cars to be in the same league as say Porsche Club
GB or Club Lotus.
 
 However if some members are not going to Eurofest there could
be enough people available to go to Le Mans. 
I know it was the ferry cost to Ireland that put me off going
to the last Eurofest.   
 
 I understand Lotus 06 is a weekend event so maybe will not eat
in to holidays.


Myself and Bob were going anyway and I think Dan is also so
that's 2 cars and The LM DSV.
 I would like to try and get a yearly trip going in the vane of
other Classic Car Club's.
 I most definitely don't want to rock the boat and compete with
the other event's. 
 
 If however, you want a nice long drive on the correct side of the 
road for the car (left handers). "Play" with other Supercars
on the way down for alot less cost than the Gumball. Watch a great
race and build a beermountain, Le Mans is for you.
